1. What Is Your Return Policy?

We at Frantzi stand behind our goods and services and want our customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal fairly and reasonably with our customers. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.
For online purchases, Frantzi will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice.
In the event that you need to return an item that included complementary vat and duty you will be given a full refund less the complementary vat and duty. 
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

 

2. How Many Days Do I Have To Return A Product?

Return merchandise must be post marked within 15 days from the date of delivery to Frantzi.com.
Corporate gifts or gifts must be returned exclusively to Frantzi.com within 15 days from the date of delivery.
We strive to issue refunds as quickly as possible.
Frantzi will accommodate exchanges for credit only to individuals with an account on Frantzi.com by issuing a credit toward new item to individual returning item. Only an exchange for a product of an equivalent or superior value is possible (the difference in price must be paid by you). In the event you do not have an account you can open an accountt on frantzi.com.
Please use the free return label provided with each shipment to return your purchase, if for any reason you are having problems please email us at customerservice@frantzi.com.
Frantzi will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged (i) prior to acceptance by DHL when utilizing the return portal by Frantzi or (ii) in the event the return portal provided by Frantzi is not used for the return shipment.
Frantzi reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Frantzi’s sole discretion. 
Merchandise returned to Frantzi will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.

4. Are Delivery Charges Refundable?

Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. How Long Does It Take For A Refund To Be Issued?

• CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: the refund will be made on the same credit card use for the purchase; the necessary refund time depends on your bank.
• PAYPAL PAYMENT: the refund will be visible on your PayPal account within 48 hours of receiving the email confirming the refund.
• CASH ON DELIVERY PAYMENT: The Refund from returns will be charged-back to the bank account which the original order was paid fromthe time depends on your institution. Possible transfer costs as well as bank charges shall be borne by the customer.
You will receive your refund within 15 working days from the start of the return process at the warehouse and you will receive an e-mail notification. For orders cancelled prior to shipment, the refund will be made within 3 working days of the acceptance of the request.

We offer our clients the opportunity to reserve items that are currently in production.
When you order one of these items, you are placed on a priority waiting list to be among the first to receive your selection. Shipping windows are estimated once your size has been selected. Please note, this is an estimate. We do our best to provide expected shipping dates for these items on the product page and during checkout, but please be aware that they may arrive sooner or later than anticipated. Your credit card will only be charged for waiting list items at the time of shipment.
