For online purchases, Frantzi will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice. Return merchandise must be post marked within 15 days from the date of delivery to Frantzi.com. In the event that you need to return an item that included complementary vat and duty you will be given a full refund less the complementary vat and duty. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Merchandise returned to Frantzi will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
