1Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?

Shipping methods and fees 

Frantzi delivers parcels all over the world via DHL Express. All orders are processed within 1 working day. However, during certain high-volume seasons orders might suffer a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being filled out. Frantzi will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Frantzi. All shipments are accompanied with an official invoice with the exact declared value of each item in US dollars. Worth of goods will be publicly available on the package’s insert for tax reasons on all orders

SHIPPING COSTS

All orders from Frantzi are Free complementary, express shipping, vat and duty included in the final prices without any price change for customers shipped Worldwide via DHL Express. Please note that in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs, vat and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

In the event that you need to return an item that included complementary vat and duty you will be given a full refund less the complementary vat and duty

Frantzi offers complementary, express shipping, vat and duty included in the final prices without any price change. DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) shipping to a few selected countries. This means complementary taxes, custom fees and import fees for the following Countries: Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, **Russia - Moscow and region cities, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Krasnodar, Rostov on Don, Khabarovsk, Murmansk, Samara, Togliatti, Bahrain, Guatemala, India, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Oman, Peru, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Switzerland, Turkey, Vietnam, Thailand, China – Taiwan, South Africa, Hong Kong, Canada, Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, United Arab Emirates, United States, United Kingdom, Cambodia, Georgia, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Mongolia, Indonesia, Serbia, Montenegro, Moldova, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Monaco, Albania, Cyprus, Macau, Canary Islands, Guam, New Zealand, New Caledonia, Ukraine, Brunei, Egypt, Belarus, Macedonia, Algeria, Armenia, Cape Verde Island, Israel, Jordan, Kenya, Laos, Lebanon, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Senegal, Czech Republic and **China are included.

**Due to the announcement of the general administration of customs of China, articles shipped to China which are classified as personal use and the value exceeds 1000 RMB, require a formal custom clearance. You may be charged extra duties or fees.

**Due to customs policies, some Russian regions may have order amount limitations on shipments from abroad.

• For cities like Volgograd, Bryansk, Kaluga, Yaroslavl, Stavropol, Sochi, the value of goods purchased can't exceed 1000 euros per month;

• For certain smaller cities, the limit is 200 euros per order.

Shipments to countries not listed above will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) which means they may be subject to custom fees, import fees and taxes, these are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by Frantzi. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the order will be tendered to the courier, customers receive an email from DHL providing the tracking number (AWB) related to the order. To monitor the status of your order, customers may visit DHL official website http://www.dhl.com/en.html and insert the given AWB number in the specific area “Track Your Shipment”.

Products on our site are subject to availability. Once you select a size, a message will indicate if that item is available now or available for backorder-pre-order. 

Modification:

Once an order has been successfully submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We advise you to use the return portal, or refuse the shipment upon delivery, and it will be returned to our attention. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once it arrives to our warehouse.

Delivery options below for items available now do not reflect the 1-2 business day processing time. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. 

We recommend reviewing your order details on the order review page before submitting your order, or in the order confirmation email that is sent to you shortly after your order is placed. Upon delivery, please ensure that the number of boxes delivered is as stated on the shipment confirmation email. 

Backorder/Pre-Order: 

Item(s) that are not immediately available will be placed on a priority waiting list and are estimated to ship with free delivery service.

FAILED DELIVERY

By placing an order, customers establish a commercial relationship with Frantzi.com and commit to accept delivery of the parcel related to the order placed. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver), or if the customer refuses to collect the parcel, the parcel will be returned to the sender Frantzi.com at customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax fees; the amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

2Can I ship internationally?
Frantzi purchases are Shipped Worldwide Hassle Free. International credit cards are subject to authorization. If unable to obtain authorization and email will be sent to notify individual of cancellation. Please use an alternate card or PayPal to complete your purchase.
3Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
4What addresses are restricted in the US for Delivery?
Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight or forwarders.
5Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, all Frantzi purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. All orders are delivered by DHL. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the driver will leave a door tag on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt. DHL will send customer SMS or email to provide our customers choices for delivery time and day, ability to sign for package and change delivery location; otherwise the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days and temporarily hold at a location near you. If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be returned to sender. Please note that Frantzi is not responsible for unanticipated DHL delays.
